Sony BRAVIA KDL40HX800 HDTV

The 40-inch BRAVIA KDL40HX800 Series 3D HDTV delivers great Full HD 1080p resolution allowing you to enjoy the best home TV resolution with its 16:9 wide screen panel. With high quality features, it is one of the best selling 3D HDTVs in the market.
This model boasts a realistic 3D viewing experience with the use of its Sony sync transmitter and active glasses, which are sold separately.  However, some may feel that the 40inch screen may be too small for maximum viewing pleasure.
The HDTV also comes with dynamic edge LED backlight technology that allows incredible contrast levels, creating richer colours and deeper blacks. Other features include the Deep Black Panel which creates incredible contrast and minimizes reflections, Ambient Sensor which adjusts the picture color according to your room lighting, Bravia Engine 3 that produces sharp picture quality and Motionflow PRO 240Hz Technology which delivers a fluid motion and clear detail during fast-paced action scenes in movies and games.
With 4 HDMI inputs, 2 component inputs, 2 composite inputs, 1 USB port, an Ethernet port and a PC input, you can easily plug in your external devices to connect to the internet, view photos, play music, watch videos and increase your sources of entertainment. Lastly, sound quality is definitely a highlight of the BRAVIA KDL40HX800. The sound quality is good and does not distort, providing an overall pleasant hearing experience.
The 40-inch HX800 HDTV may be too small for a immersive 3D viewing experience and the fact that extra costs are involved to get the Sony sync transmitter and active glasses. But for the quality that Sony is delivering with the HX800, it is overall above satisfactory.
